Production Standards for 358 High-Security Fence
The wires in the 358 high-security fence panels follow the EN 10244-2, Class-D standard. Each wire has a zinc coating of at least 40 gr/m². After welding, we apply a pre-treatment and conversion layer to improve anti-corrosion protection and enhance the adhesion of the polyester powder coating. The polyester powder coating has an average thickness of 100 μm.
We test 358 high-security fence panels to the following standards:
- EN ISO 2409:2013: Cross-cut test for paints and varnishes.
- EN ISO 1519:2011: Bend test with a cylindrical mandrel for paints and varnishes.
- EN ISO 2813:1999: Gloss test for non-metallic paint films at 60°.
- EN ISO 9227:2012: Salt spray tests for corrosion resistance.
