 ①: Raw Material Preparation

  • We select Q235 or Q195 carbon steel pipes.
  • Pipes arrive in standard sizes for outer and inner tubes.

 ②: Pipe Cutting

  • Workers cut the pipes to exact lengths:
  • Outer frame: 2.0 m long
  • Vertical tubes: 16 mm or 25 mm diameter, custom height
  • They use automatic cutting machines for clean, even cuts.

 ③: Pipe Bending

  • CNC bending machines shape the main frame into rounded corners.
  • Each frame looks like a big rectangle with smooth curves.

④: Drilling & Punching Holes Crowd Control Barriers

  • We drill hinge holes and foot slots into the outer frame.
  • This prepares the barrier for interlocking and removable feet.

⑤: Welding

  • Vertical bars get welded inside the outer frame.
  • Robots weld both ends of every bar for strong joints.
  • We also weld foot brackets or hinge pins as needed.

 ⑥: Surface Grinding

  • Workers polish the welding points.
  • Grinding removes sharp edges and makes a smooth surface.

⑦: Galvanizing or Zinc Spray Coating

  • We dip barriers in hot zinc (hot-dip galvanizing).
    or
  • We apply zinc-rich spray, based on your request.
  • This stops rust and gives long life in rain or sun.

⑧: Powder Coating (Optional)

  • If needed, we spray colored powder coat after zinc.
  • Customers choose RAL colors like yellow, orange, red, green, etc.

 ⑨: Drying and Cooling

  • Powder-coated barriers go into a curing oven.
  • After heating, they cool slowly to harden the coat.

⑩: Assembly of Feet Crowd Control Barriers

  • Workers attach flat or bridge feet.
  • Feet are removable with bolts or pins.

 ⑪: Final Inspection

  • QC team checks welds, coating thickness, and color.
  • Every panel passes visual and measurement checks.

 ⑫: Packing and Palletizing

  • We stack 4 panels face-to-face to save space.
  • Each bundle gets strapped, wrapped, and loaded on steel pallets.
  • QR codes mark each pack for shipping trace.
