The Clearvu fence design offers a high level of security, making climbing nearly impossible. The narrow mesh holes prevent intruders from gaining any foothold while maintaining good visibility and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The Department of Defense frequently uses this system for highly secure locations.
Technology Clearvu Fence
The welding strength of the Clearvu fence reaches 75% of the minimum tensile strength of the welding wire, which ranges from 540 to 690 n/m². This system combines anti-climbing and anti-cutting features while providing good visibility and resistance to destruction. By integrating steel mesh, various aesthetic designs can be achieved. Clear view fences come in galvanized or painted finishes, with the option to extend the panel length for burial 300 mm underground to prevent excavation.
Clearvu Fence Barriers Metal Column Information
Clearvu fencing uses columns made from RHS profiles or C columns, with sizes of 50×50mm, 60×60mm, or 60×80mm, all internally hot-dip galvanized at 40-60g/m². These fences feature solid and durable panels. Standard column sizes range from 80 cm to 240 cm in height. The posts are coated with either polyester-based powder coating (80-120 microns) or PVC-based thermoplastic powder coating (200 microns). Thermoplastic-coated posts come with a ten-year guarantee, while electrostatic-coated posts offer a five-year guarantee.
Additional Features
Clearvu fencing usually comes in green, but different colors are available upon request. The coating resists ultraviolet rays, maintaining its brightness at 90%. A UV-protective plastic cover shields the column from water damage. For concrete applications, mount columns with steel pins and place flanges under them for direct installation on concrete. In soil applications, use long piles without polishing. When installing a barbed wire thread on the Clearvu fencing column, apply either a single or double-curved neck. Attach the Clearvu fence panel to the posts using clips and clamps, available in either plastic or metal.
